By accessing or using the GyanXpert platform—whether as a school administrator, teacher, staff, student, or parent—you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

🔧 1. Terms for System Administrators / School Management

1.1 Account & Access

  • You are responsible for setting up and managing the institution’s GyanXpert account.

  • Only authorized personnel should be given admin access.

  • You must ensure that all users (teachers, parents, and students) are aware of these terms.

1.2 Usage Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate school data, including academic calendars, class structures, and staff details.

  • You will not misuse the system to modify, delete, or falsify student records or reports.

1.3 Billing & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed as per the chosen subscription. Late payments may result in restricted access.

  • Refunds are only provided if clearly mentioned in a written service agreement.

1.4 Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for content uploaded under your institution’s account.

  • FlutLabs Digital is not liable for internal misuse or data inaccuracies introduced by your staff.

👨‍🏫 2. Terms for Teachers & Staff

2.1 User Account

  • You must use the login credentials provided by the school. Do not share your account with others.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.

2.2 Usage Rules

  • Use the platform only for school-related work, such as marking attendance, entering grades, and communicating with students or parents.

  • Uploading inappropriate content or unauthorized sharing of student data is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Conduct & Responsibility

  • Be respectful in all communication through the platform.

  • Teachers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of academic records they manage.

2.4 Termination

  • Your access may be revoked by the school or platform administrator at any time due to misuse or policy violations.

👨‍🎓 3. Terms for Students & Parents

3.1 Account Access

  • Access is granted only through the school’s authorization.

  • Parents and students must not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

3.2 Acceptable Use

  • The platform must be used only for educational purposes: viewing homework, attendance, results, school notices, etc.

  • Misuse of communication tools (e.g., messaging teachers inappropriately) is not allowed.

3.3 Privacy & Data

  • Personal data is protected as per our Privacy Policy. Any concerns should be reported to the school.

3.4 Communication

  • Use respectful language while interacting with teachers or school staff via the app.

  • Report any suspicious activity or errors through the official support channel.

⚖️ General Terms (Applicable to All Users)

  • GyanXpert reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.

  • The platform is provided “as-is.” We strive for uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • Legal jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the courts of Ara, Bihar, India.
