💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to GyanXpert (by institutions) or to partner schools (by parents/students via the GyanXpert platform) may be refunded or canceled.


🔁 1. For Schools / Institutions (GyanXpert Subscriptions)

1.1 Subscription Plans

  • GyanXpert offers monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans to schools and educational institutions.

  • By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms stated in your agreement or invoice.

1.2 Cancellation of Service

  • Schools can cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a written request to support@gyanxpert.com.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods.

1.3 Refund Policy

  • No automatic refunds are issued for completed billing periods.

  • Refunds are only processed if:

    • There was a technical issue that prevented access to the platform (verified by our team).

    • A refund clause exists in a signed service agreement.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


🏫 2. For Students & Parents (School Fees via GyanXpert)

2.1 School Fees

  • GyanXpert acts only as a technology service provider for schools and does not determine or control fee amounts or refund policies.

  • All tuition, exam, transport, or activity fees paid by parents/students through the GyanXpert app/portal are governed by the respective school's policies.

2.2 Fee Disputes or Refund Requests

  • If a parent or student seeks a refund, they must directly contact the school administration.

  • GyanXpert will not be liable for any refund, unless the issue pertains to a technical error during online payment processing.

2.3 Duplicate or Failed Transactions

  • In case of a failed transaction or double payment:

    • Email proof and transaction details to support@gyanxpert.com

    • Refunds (after verification) will be initiated within 7–10 business days.


📌 General Conditions

  • All refund and cancellation decisions are at the discretion of FlutLabs Digital (for platform usage) or the respective school (for academic fee payments).

  • Refunds will only be made to the original source account or payment method.
